- Inside Account Executive, Job Description
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the business development Account Executive is expected to prospect and develop new customer leads, introduce Entre service, and close business on a monthly basis. This is a quota carrying direct sales position with the vast majority of business being conducted via phone and internet communication. The Sales Representative will be expected to develop a territory prospect plan and execute daily on that plan. In doing so, they will call into prospective customers, build relationships with the IT and lines of business groups and qualify businesses that match chosen criteria. This position will work closely with the Outside Sales organization in coordinating customer visits and potentially opportunity areas for products, services and solutions.
Expectations of Account Executive- Develop prospect lists and develop ongoing prospecting plan to increase penetration and create new revenue and operating gross profit through identified customer needs.
- Prospect new accounts and build relationships with potential customers using phone and internet communications.
- Efficiently manage time to focus on activities that grow pipeline and revenue.
- Use analytical skills to understand the customer, their business and technology issues and needs.
- Leverage outside sales to conduct additional discovery, qualify need and prove the value of Entre solutions to address those needs.

Reporting to the Service Manager the technician will perform a variety of duties on behalf of our customers in support of servers, computers, and printers. Responds to and diagnoses problems regarding computer hardware, software, network systems and infrastructure on site.
Expectations of Technician- Exceptional communication and customer skills
- College degree and / or equivalent technical certifications
- A+ PC Technician and A+ Server Certified, MCP, MCSA
- Expert in system and network design for businesses both small and large.
- Complete Microsoft Windows server design, installation and maintenance experience.
- Cabling and Patch panel knowledge.
- Extensive hands on work with network security and disaster recovery

- Customer Service, Job Description
Reporting to the Service Manager the customer service agent will perform a variety of duties to enhance our customer’s experience. This position is responsible for service order entry; problem resolution, communicating status, act as a liaison with sales, ensure products and parts are shipped according to customer expectations, daily management of open order report.
Expectations of Customer Service- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Minimum high school diploma required. Advanced schooling beyond high school is preferred.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced setting is required
- Excellent Microsoft skills in Word, Excel & Outlook

Reporting to the Service Manager the printer technician will perform a variety of duties on behalf of our customers in support of printers, faxes and MFP’s. Responds to and diagnoses printer problems on site or over the phone.
Expectations of Printer Technician- Good communication and customer skills
- College degree and / or equivalent technical certifications.
- 3+ Years experience in repairing Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, Dell, Xerox and other printers for businesses both small and large.
- Extensive hands on work with the ability to properly diagnose and rectify issues swiftly.
